Nathaalie joined OSC after serving as the Director of Budget and Research for Broome County Government. There she managed a $450 million budget, $100 million capital improvement program and had fiscal oversight for over 30 departments with approximately 2,500 employees. Nathaalie served on the Council for her Alma mater, Binghamton University, where she received a Bachelor’s degree in English and a Master’s in Public Administration with a concentration in Leadership and Public Finance. She is an experienced executive at both the local and state levels of government and she has a strong background in finance, operations and technology.
